Thank you all again for your advice and support! I am very glad to have found this group.
For the past week and a half, I have taken calcium Bentonite every morning. Then I would wait 1.5-2 hours, take a probiotic, and wait at least another half hour before eating.
Additionally, every day (with few exceptions) I have consumed approx 3-4 large cloves of raw garlic, several Brazil nuts, lime juice (usually one serving of stevia sweetened limeade), chlorella, a liver support supplement, and an apple. I have also taken various other supplements (such as vitamins C and B, iron, zinc) and unsugared yogurt/kefir frequently but less regularly. This is in addition to normal food.
I seem to have reduced Acne and Sugar cravings, although it may be a bit soon to be sure and I can't quite quantify these improvements. The best sign is that I did not get a vaginal infection this month. Yay!
So, that's my update, if anyone was interested. :)
