We get all the minerals we need from eating veggies, salads, meats and other foods:

We also get minerals from our multi-vitamin pills and also from BEER:

Beer provides ALL minerals required for good health.

fruit juices (AND FRUITS) contain essential minerals that your body requires to maintain your health.

Everything we eat contains some minerals, including nuts, seeds, grains, fruits, meats, fish, etc.

So don't believe the BS from the bottled water companies.
