If you haven't noticed, the US is mainly a country of immigrants.

The CDC says that liver flukes are rare to catch in the US- why? Because they don't want people to panic. In fact, it's very common in the US. Think of all the people in the US who have developed liver cancer. It is not coincidence.

And I want you to consider something: Which nation do you think produces the most agriculture that is exported to other nations? Our hams, steaks, chicken, ducks, fish....Which nation has government subsidies for farmers? Which nation is heavily invested in our meat and fish industry?

Take a guess :)

Clue: You don't want to tell people that the products you are selling is giving people parasites, now that would not be good business, would it?
