tech help from the tech guys


I am suddently getting this problem with the connection of my PC to the F165, two USB jacks or ports (or whatever name they have) stopped working with the generator (they are not recognized and I'm getting those annoying messages "unable to open device or did you connect your PC or something like that don't remember the exact wording but it's two messages), but they are working with other devices so it could not be the USB port/jack itself so it's not the PC problem, seems to be the generator's problem

anybody would know why would this happen? both those jacks/ports were working allright before

what could've caused suddenly this and how to fix it?
