It's possible to find WinXp distributive on the Net (e.g., use torrents).
If it's a problem for you, you can try to install Linux from your Win system. One of the best Linux distributives is Ubuntu:
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/windows-installer


You can then use Linux as an alternative operating system. It allows to run Win software using a program called Wine:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wine_%28software%29


You then install the F100 software there and use it like in Win.

Personally, I always have several operating systems on my computers (for many reasons). Makes life easier.
