I don't see any difference according to my diet. It's the same sewage odor, whether high on carbohydrates or proteins or fruits. My stable food is yoghurt. Milk makes terrible inflation but I think yoghurt is OK. Anyway, I'm now trying to use yoghurt-substitutes like soya (alpro).
I am determined to drink more than 3lt of water a day and run a few kms in the morning. I'm drinking much tea and coffee. I'm taking tones of vitamins+minerals but the issue is that strong odor has always been there. For a few weeks I'm using that chlorophyll tablets (Body Mint) and Devrom at the same time. I haven't seen a positive change yet.
This situation is really annoying. Believe me, the problem is beyond normal, expected levels of hygiene and cleaning. THat must be a SIGN, SYMPTOM of something.
