You are correct ... if you only goal is to remain thin then this a plan.
If your goal is to remain healthy this is a bad plan.

If you don't care about your overall health then go ahead and eat water ever you want ... if you care about your wrinkles, cellulite, joints, bowel movements, etc...then it is advised to stick with nature.
