That's great! Diet is the foundation of our health. It's what I believe is the biggest reason people get sick, they are simply eating the wrong diet and that includes not eating enough on the right diet.
Seems like when people think of nutrition, they think of getting enough vitamins, minerals, protein, fats, and micro-nutrients, but not think about getting enough calories (fuel) because "calories" have become a demonized word in developed countries because we equate it with getting fat.
We should stop using the term "calories" and call it what is really is; energy.
"I'm on a low-calorie diet!"
"I'm on a low-energy diet!"
Who would want to be on a low-energy diet? Not me. I want to be on a HIGH-energy diet!
