Clearly the Epsom Salt bath was a poor choice...the only sign I am seeing from you is dehydration. How is adding salt to your already messed up situation going to help you?
The best way to rehydrate is to drink room temperature water and/or juice yourself a drink with high water content...iceberg lettuce, cucumber, watermelon, pineapple etc.
Sip on it every 15 minutes for the next 3 days. Rest your body completely.
For the next month eat nothing but a high water content fruit and veggies.
Restart your fast when and only when you have replenished your water supply.
For future reference a waterfast is water only....no enimas and certainly no salt baths (unless you are well experienced here)
