Thanks for the encouragement Gina :)
I have been on Triple boron by Source Naturals for about two months. I have a lot going on over here, supplements I didn't even list so I guess I will now:

all recommended co-supps including ATP cofactors and high doses C (~10g daily, divided across day)
triple boron
mixed tocopherols (E)
zinc
MSM
NAC
chlorella
milk thistle
maca powder

oil pulling each morning with coconut oil

daily foods:
fermented cod liver oil
high vitamin butter oil
coconut oil
1-2 pastured eggs from my chickens (usually raw)
fermented saurkraut
(fermented) kombucha
raw goats milk
juicing (pint of green juice, sometimes i add a carrot or apple)

when i do a more in depth testimony I plan to include all of this and a little more about my health profile/history
