Thanks for the reply. Yeah, that's striking that the skin needs 20% of the Iodine in your body. Do you know what function the Iodine has in the skin?
I'm definitely trying to remember that nothing happens overnight and that especially if I had issues that could be from a lack of Iodine since I was little, that things will take a while to improve. Maybe I'll search the forum for other people's experiences with body temp and skin issues specifically.
I'd still like to hear from other's comments or suggestions on what form of iodine I could add to my SSKI ? Searching the forum, I'm stll a bit confused.
