My husband and I are complete opposite when it comes to copper. He's high and I'm low. So I've seen first hand the differences.
I think there is definitely a time to supplement and a time not to. Listening to your body is important but I also have seen my husband push through the tough times with taking the copper in order to release it and come out the other side feeling better. I think it's all in what you can tolerate.
My practitioner says I can try two copper a day and see how I do. I plan on incorporating that soon, after I finish my second round of parasite meds.
