Constipation is most likely from stress. I don't know what probiotic you take, your diet, or what else you do.
If you give me all the info about you, I would be able to understand what's going on.
Constipation definitely does not help Candida elimination.
Why do you think you're constipated?
All I can tell you is that for me, and I am raw vegetarian,
make my own kefir, etc. - it is all not enough. As soon as I get stressed out, don't watch how and what I eat/overeat - I get the problem. I can fix it overnight, but, as our body/mind changes every day, I have to keep it under control, which I don't always do, even though I have the means.
For example, I can lower the blood Sugar when eating sweets, keep my stress at a minimum, keep Candida at bay - but I don't do it. Then I have to deal with the consequences.
I got spoiled, because I know I can fix it in 1 day. However, it would be much better if I were "perfect".
Sorry, I was talking about myself.
Just want to emphasize that stress is a big culprit.
