I am looking for a cure for severe bad breath originating from my gut.

Hi I'm a middle aged woman in Ontario, Canada and I am looking for someone who can help me with this distressing problem. For two years I've suffered from what I think is severe intestinal candida that has caused horrible bad breath, severe cramping, alternate bouts of constipation and diarrhea, fatigue and general malaise. My breath has ranged from fecal, yeast, garbage, corn etc and it lingers wherever I go permeating whatever room I'm in.

Just to give a back story I was born 3 months premature and have taken lots of Antibiotics throughout my life due to various infections. I have had my tonsils and adenoids removed twice (they both grew back) in childhood, as a teenager and adult. I don't have any dental problems and visit the dentist regularly. I had 3 silver Amalgam fillings changed to porcelain when I was a teen. I am highly allergic to dander, mold and pollen. I am very overweight, have hypertension, ADHD, PCOS and eczema. I practice excellent hygiene and I use natural products on my skin.

I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy last year that was negative for ulcers, polyps and H. pylori. I have tested negative for TMAU. I've also had a recent stomach and pelvic ultrasound that also didn't reveal much. I have taken apo sulfate twice. The first time I had no odor after being it on a month but the odor returned 3 months later. The second time I took apo sulfate it didn't work at all. I begged another doctor for powdered Nystatin to use in an enema. Both the doctor and pharmacist stated that it's not available. Although I don't have thrush I was given the oral version which is 33% sucrose and it made the odour worse so I stopped taking it. I am on fluconazole pills for 30 days with two optional repeats and so far in two weeks there has been no abatement of the smell.

I have tried homeopathic sulfur, pau d'arco, oil of oregano, coconut oil, Black-Walnut husk, garlic, methylene blue, tea tree oil, psyllium and Bentonite shakes, baking soda, natural pine oil, cloves, rosemary, sage, juice fasting, water fasting, avoiding Sugar and grains to no avail as the odor remains.

I'm tired of being a hermit and being dismissed as crazy or that I'm imagining the smell. Most doctors claim to not know about candida or gut dysbiosis and dismiss me. I am pre-diabetic because of the obesity and PCOS. Recent blood and urine analysis shows I'm low in potassium, vitamin D and there is some bacteria in my urine but nothing points to anything. Regardless of how much fiber or water I drink I can only defacate through colonics now.

My dad recently died of colon cancer that had spread to his stomach and bones. I was thinking of getting tested for celiac disease however the smell intensifies with carbs. I'd have to eat 4 slices of bread daily for 2 weeks or longer to have gluten in my system to do the challenge then have an intestinal biopsy. I don't mind getting a biopsy done but I need to do the challenge first in order to be diagnosed. I also thought that I may have pyroluria. If someone can direct me to help please contact me.
