Buckwheat quinoa parasites and candida

Anyone think gluten free grains like buckwheat and quinoa are ok to have in limited quantities with candida and parasites?

For example buckwheat pitas can be made at home with flour, eggs, water and olive oil or quinoa pasta can be made too, etc.

Was wondering if these are relatively safe foods with these kinds of infections.
