I just figured it out

So, for right now, I'm taking 3.6 GRAMS of (Trap's) SSKI every single day

I'm taking it divided into three doses every 8 hours.

I still have a good amount of saliva, but it's no longer excessive to the point of spitting it on people just when I talk to them. Also, I'm not as thirsty as before, either...and NO edema in my legs or feet. It's weird, but very cool...

I'm listening to my body - and nothing else; I want life to be SIMPLE. I just can't believe we have to have a darn degree in chemistry to live a healthy life! It's the one thing I get too confused on. Even when I had Iodine from the website I got the below quote from, I couldn't take too much of his iodine without becoming hyPERthyroid.

If I'm thirsty, I drink. If I'm not, I don't.

I DO have a quarter teaspoon of Redmond's RealSalt and an 1/8th teaspoon of baking soda in every 16oz glass of pure (non-fluoridated/non-chlorinated) water.

So, I still believe in this:
"From the Cayce readings, we get this: Knowing the tendencies, supply in the vital energies that we call the vitamins, or elements. For, remember, while we give many combinations, there are only four elements in your body: water, salt, soda and iodine. These are the basic elements, they make all the rest! Each vitamin as a component part of an element is simply a combination of these other influences, given a name mostly for confusion to individuals, by those who would tell you what to do for a price."
