I've done a lot of reading about Iodine lately, and it seems that if you don't need iodine, the overdose symptoms are the same as the bromine detox symptoms. I just started taking it and had to quit for several days because of the headaches. I am only taking one drop of 5% a day now, and no headaches now.
Has anything good happened because of your supplementation? You say you take companion nutrients "as much as was possible." From what I understand, it isn't an option, especially for the selenium.
I'm sure someone can come along and help you more.
