Low vitamin d, high bilirubin. What does it mean?

Had some bloodwork done...everything was normal range, except for 2
Bilirubin: 1.6...normal range 0.0-1.0
Vitamin D: 11.7...normal range 30.0-80.0

I'd like to believe low vitamin d is responsible for my apathetic emotional numbness, but I highly doubt it. Does high bilirubin necessarily indicate liver problems or disease?
