Probiotics and parasites. Wrong?

Probiotics and parasites

An older post on Cz suggested one should not take probiotics until lower the number as they feed on good bacteria also. I found the same ideea re- some bacteria overgrowth.

I agree it's logical to put good bacteria after you cleanse "the garden" first but is it counterproductive to use probiotics during cleanse?

Im Not considering here the costs even it's important (shouldn't waste money thou) but the principle

I know it takes a long time to cleanse a heavy infection especially roundworms or flukes. should we wait the in-between cleanse to add probiotics or end of treatment?

Is it wrong to added during the treatment? Or is it depending on the type of parasites/bacteria. I'm thinking mainly of sauerkraut water kefir as I can't tolerate any diary at all.
