Indeed GI is more complex system than just "put something in" or "dont put this in".

really good points about fatty acids and proper carbs digestion. ive also noticed improvement after taking enzymes.

Ive found this info - no probiotics - many times and was wondering about peoples experience. I guess with worms is Ok to take probiotics.
Many of SIBO sufferers avoid probiotics and I wasnt able to tolerate them until taking some natural antibacterial first. Now eat daily sauerkraut like 1-2 spoons and its better than 1 year ago for example when i was bedridden if i was eating that :).

Still no dairy for me.
