Ive found this info - no probiotics - many times and was wondering about peoples experience. I guess with worms is Ok to take probiotics.
Many of SIBO sufferers avoid probiotics and I wasnt able to tolerate them until taking some natural antibacterial first. Now eat daily sauerkraut like 1-2 spoons and its better than 1 year ago for example when i was bedridden if i was eating that :).
