Re: O/T Bad Breath

so many questions

what's your diet like?
(certain food combinations spell disaster in digestion)

even if you like the wonderful-healthy garlic, doesn't mean your breath will be peachy-keen to others
(unless THEY also eat garlic, then you'll be ok)

one person's wondrous scent is another's stink
(when I was taking in an herbal concoction, my husband couldn't STAND to be near me, on the other hand, my daughter thought my breath was nice)

Maybe you should look at your diet first

What do you eat? (Look up food combinations. For the sake of digestion, some foods should just plain NOT be eaten together with other foods. Something will putrefy, causing odor. For example, milk will almost always cause bad breath (unless it's raw) and even then the 'experts' say it should be consumed all by itself)

Fruits are in that category, too. Supposedly, they should be consumed by themselves. Melons are so particular, that they should be eaten TOTALLY be themselves, one shouldn't even eat a muskmelon with a watermelon.

I think the bottom line is, just how healthy is your digestive tract?

If IT has problems, then the chances of one having bad breath is pretty high.
