My total calories intake will range from 900 - 1600 calories per day, low carbohydrate, high protein and fats. That should probably work on the long run to make me lose weight.
That is my eating habits or style as I did not follow any diet system such as Atkins or such. However, I find myself crave meat and salt, rarely crave carbohydrates. Infact, when I wanted to try losing weight, had to increase my carbohydrate intake to help me maintain endurance during my exercise routine.
Eating carbohydrates is not easy, as they tend to make me drowsy and sleepy.
