Your post doesnt give much back ground other than that you are doing coffee enemas, and that have not tried the L. Cleanse yet. Your post doesnt mention why not.
What you do know is that you are stirring something up, liver spots may be fading and you are getting liver moles.
What is pretty obvious from a commons sense point of view if you looking to achieve a specific favaoruable out come....
You need to start from a known point, follow a proven method that works, in the shortest space of time thats safe, comfortable and practical, untill you reach the point of ideally being stone free or at very least assured that your liver is purging stones/waste on a daily basis on its way to being stone free. Doing this will remove a fair degree of uncertainty from your task.
A bit of preparation and planning here will go a long way. Cleaning out Parasites with something that has a proven track record for this purpose, is a fair place to start. Decent preperation to your cleanse will take the unknown aspects out of the whole thing so that when you do make use of a method that has a history of working, either as the Epsom Salt method or the much older yet very effective Plant Fat method.
If you have done a great job with your lead up to the liver cleanse, ideally all waste should go down the loo, along with any parasites.
A coffee enema on its own is a shot in the dark. (pardon the play on words)
If your toxins are truly being released into the skin, this means your skin is being used as a dumping ground BECAUSE the organs of elimination are clogged with waste.
If the liver is clogged, it will back its waste up into the lymph system, it will attempt to push waste out the skin. A clogged liver creates a feeding ground for parasite life inside of the liver. Because the liver reproduces it self there is an abundant source of food for such little animals. As soon as you get the bowel working, ie flushing its waste down and out, chase out unwanted parasites, get the liver purging down and out, and the lymph draining down and out because the liver is open….you take a lot of the unknown out of the equation, and you solve the above mentioned problem that you posed. Ie You know that the skin is not being used as a dumping ground for toxins, and you would most likely have clarity on what the moles could be. At very least remove their being linked to parasite life.
