my bowels that had been sore for years and they seem to be getting back a smoother function.
Good for you, i have had similar results.
Some people claim that enemas and colonics are making the colon weak and lazy. I have found exactly the opposite.
When i started doing enemas, a few years ago, it was painful and not easy.
And i now know why : some parts of my colon were so irritated and dry that when the colon was contracting, it was really painful.
These days i do several high enemas once a week during one hour and i don't feel these pains anymore, and after 4 or 5 days, even if my colon was totally empty, i eliminate feces without efforts or pains.
One thing that i want to insist on, is that the goal is to cleanse and slightly hydrate the walls of the colon, not to keep water for a long time.
The best way i have found is to take the water in, shake the body a little, and evacuate the water. It may be dangerous to retain water too much time because one function of the colon is to absorb water and this water will then go in the blood and may create imbalances.
