coffee enemas shouldn't be done unless the bodymind indicates this. What I mean is having a good cognitive-intuitive framework from which to glean information about what health actions are priority for you. Personally, I have found that the best way of eating is nutritarianism. You can check out Dr. Fuhrman about this and read some of his stuff. His stuff is all backed by thousands of scientific articles and the latest research. What exactly to eat, how long to sleep, how much water to drink and when all these things should be done...the bodymind knows all of this. Asking regularly you will begin to find that you are getting more and more in tune with your deep inner knowing so that you already know the answer before it comes and you begin to behave automatically with that information. This is much more powerful than simple trial and error. With coffee enemas you do well to do reading on the Gerson Protocols. I find that coffee enemas cannot safely be done too often IF you are not juicing and juicing a lot and the right types of juices. In addition, flesh, animal fats, anything more than a little bit of vegetable fats, processed sugars and other processed foods is going to fight your efforts in restoring your liver.

You might try learning about BodyTalk to get your body communicating with all it's parts by priority health action. You might find that this alone will solve a large number of health issues with the least amount of energy. That is because it is health GPS. You are not doing step 5 before steps 1-4, not with BodyTalk which relies upon gleaning accurate information from the bodymind every step of the way.

If parasites elimination is called for the cheapest, most effective, quickest and most powerful way that I know of is using a zapper such as found at worldwithoutparasites.com. Read up on it before you buy it. Before you use it you might also glean from bodymind whether it is priority to use it at all, and when to use it, whether continuously or for a certain number of hours a day, or only while sleeping. It is a very powerful device and your body knows how to apply it so that it will do the most good for you and the least harm (although it's inventor says that it cannot harm anyone - however, nearly anything can harm someone some of the time, even when used in the way it was designed).
