Sounds like you are eating right.
Feels like you need to add some bulk
and also chewing crunchy stuff can help some folks
shredded carrots and adding crunchy veggies to your salad may help
prunes can help more than juice here but less acidic choices
would be figs, or a few dates
these things will help increase peristalsis
when you remove bulky junk
you need to replace with bulky good stuff
and persuade the colon to release it's contents
a cup or two of boiled water with lemon juice/honey helps in the morning
