i agree. And i'm glad you have an optimistic view here. But you like many of the other postings on websites, are very vague about diet and what to eat. You say limit "sugar" but then in the last sentence you say eat "cookies and snacks" so while i applaud your optimism, i'm not sure what advice you're giving. I found the other sites to be only helpful in listing what you CANNOT eat. Which is a LOT. They also say eat veggies, but yet there are many veggies you're NOT supposed to eat. So if someone could compile a list of specific diet recommendations of what YOU CAN eat, not just what you can't, that'd be helpful to people. If you have a specific link, that'd be great to, to help others.
