I have always been super healthy and pretty clean living.
I was only drinking on fortnightly basis in 2012 and when I became fatigued I stopped drinking all together. My Gastroenterologist has told me none of this is due to alcohol.
I tried vitamin suppliments for about 2 months which had no change on energy.
Acupuncture for 3-4 sessions which had no change on energy.
I also did a sleep study and that came back fine.
I have started a graded exercise routine to try beat the fatigue but im only doing about 15mins of powerwalking on the tredmil a day since I got chronic. before the chronic fatigue started I was going to the gym 3-4 times a week and always active.
My bob beck protocol is:
1-2 hours daily of magnectic pulsing around the liver and body
1-2 hours daily of blood electro pulsing on the wrist
150 - 500ml of Ionic Colloidal Silver - SOTA brewed with 100% steamed distilled water.
Also ozonating my water, 1-3L a day.
Just finished my 4month and had about a week or 2 off inbetween it all.
