Re: Anyone here with major digestive issues?

I think I had something like that. I paid attention only when AF crash happened. There is the Indicant test that tells you how bad overgrowth is.

The Dr Wilson recipe work really well. You need "body guard", "squeaky clean" from his web site and acidophilus bifidus from helth store. Check my posts. I posted the protocol. It's not on the site any more. It worked very well for my. heartburns disappeared, digestion improved, and B12 shoot up.

Another thing that I found important is iron. When one has digestive issues, iron does not absorb well. Every doc says how bad is iron overload but no one mentioned low iron. There several posts here on iron. How it is important to have iron in check. People with AF (low thyroid) usually have high ferritin due to inflammation. You need complete iron studies to check serum iron, TIBC, etc.
I have low serum iron and everything low normal. I started to take iron slowly. My blurry vision improved. I could not read close, need more than 20 cm. Now I can read something like 10 cm away only.
