I pretty much agree with this...from what I have noticed with my experience with this problem, mindset and diet have a lot to do with it. Focus on your tongue and facial muscle movements as this will teach you the positions that these muscles are natuarally supposted to belong. Take the tip of your toungue and bend it down behind the lower front teeth. Now focus on what the back of your tongue is doing...THIS IS IMPORTANT...When you SPEAK you want to focus on keeping that back part of your toungue in the same shape and position. This will seem uncomfortable and difficult. Try to also notice how your lips shape and move differently in relation to the tongue and cheek muscles...and also how the saliva flows and might take a while to master these movements again....and im not sure what makes us forget these unconscious based muscle placments....I have only just gained these conclusions based on self-observations through psychedelic drugs , the two I have been mainly using are peyote and psilocybin...hope this helps you all!
