first suggestion, probably the easiest is to mix the pulp, or fiber from the juiced fruits or veggies, back into the juice. Then drink them together but prepare for some amount of chewing. It adds fiber to the juice to help balance blood Sugar better. A spike in insulin can lead to hormonal fat storage but fiber mitigates this.
