That's good news then because my skin has crazy improved in just one week. Since I'm getting those suc***s out. I haven't been eating much throughout all this and afraid to because I still get nauseous when I eat plus a headache. So I know I still have a bunch more inside. I cant handle too much fiber like you suggest the leafy green thing because I have colitis also and so I get major flares from just eating a simple salad. What should I do? As of now I just juice veggies daily to get the nutrients but afraid that I need fiber to really scrape them out of my intestines. I feel like its a no win with that situation.
