From person experience I noticed quite a difference between distilled water and alkalized Kangen Water . With no change in diet, when I used to drink distilled RO water I always felt dehydrated, pee was always yellow, and would always get the odd ache and pains in the knees. I felt dehydrated as well. Then I got introduced to Kangen Water and the aches and pains went away in the knees, I began to pee clear all the time (sign of hydration), and felt much more hydrated.
When water is alkalized, and contains only the natural minerals supposed to be in water (magnesium, sodium, potassium, and calcium) they act as anti-oxidants and help scavenge for free radicals and toxins in the body. They can also help with providing essential minerals. Alkalized Water is actually used in Japanese hospitals for sick patients, and is registered in Japan to be marketed and sold as a medical device. Also, according to the WHO, Japan is the longest living country in the world.
My step dad used to have acid reflux, heart burn, and severe calis on his feet. After only one month of drinking the Kangen Water , he no longer deal with these horrible health conditions, and 90% of the symptoms were gone. After 2 months they were completely gone.
Another amazing thing, my father has a cat. And the cat has been always drinking distilled water. Since moving with my dad and sharing the alkalized water, the cat doesn't want to drink that water anymore. When we give the cat the Kangen Water she goes crazy. Animals are very intuitive.
Distilled water may be better than tap water, but Alkalized Water that is gone through an extensive pre filtration process to remove everything except for the minerals, and then electrolyzed is much better.
