thank you mindy, i haven't thought of caffeine and those other foods as a possible culprit. I don't drink coffee (never did) but i do indulge in chocolate and possible other caffeinated (is that even a word?) sources. Ill keep this in mind when trying out the gluten free diet im planning on doing thanks!
