eliminate all of the extraneous supplements your taking. If you are doing a 100% gluten free diet, your bloating should go away (if you suffer from celiac)
It may take up to 1 week for the gluten to be eliminated from the food you've eaten. You need need need to make sure there is absolutely no sources of gluten coming into your body, which is why I went with such an extremely restricted diet (to start). There are a variety of foods which are naturally gluten free, but I was paranoid. I don't think it's necessarily bad for you however.
Again, eliminate all the extra supplements you are taking. At most, you should be taking a single multi-vitamin daily (Gluten free of course, but most brands are).
