By eating a non-grain, non sugar, non starch diet during this treatment. Taking Fenbenzadole 7 days before bed, using Diatomaceous Earth (started a few days prior to the Fenbenz) L-Glutamine every time I awoke during the night (around 1500 mg)
Oil of oregano randomly throughout the day. Around day 3 to 4 I felt something changing.
I think Diatomaceous Earth is crucial to weaken the skin of the worm for anything to penetrate.
Ate lots of avacado, beans, walnuts, almonds, sauerkraut, veggies sooked in water no oils. Smoothies with; frozen org. berries (not sweet) mixed with pea protien, flax seeds, kale, green powder, stevia.
