Re: Would anybody be able to say this really helped them?

I'm not looking for a quick fix but I'm in college so it's going to be hard for me to be spending one-two hundred dollars a month on supplements and other supplies if I'm not noticing any results. I wouldn't really care about the time if I knew about another alternative that isn't just shooting in the dark, trying to figure out what's wrong and how to fix it when I have no info but symptoms to go off of.
