Yeah I think the pineapple juice takes the edge off the raw garlic. I just buy a couple organic pineapples and take them over to the juice bar. The lady working the counter cuts them up and then throws in the raw garlic. Occasionally I'd add a little ginger but as you say I don't want to burn the stomach. There are some really good sauerkraut and kimchi companies and if interested I can tell you the brands I think are best.

I just simply take two heaping spoon fulls twice a day with water, but you can take it with your juice if you want. It just seems to mix better for me in water.
I would take it any time you want but I take mine very first thing in the morning when I wake up and then again an hour or so before dinner. It has been described as "raining knives" on the worms. I like to think I take it when they are all sitting around waiting for me to feed them (breakfast/dinner) and then the thunder storm hits them with the Diatomaceous Earth raining knives on them.
