Welcome to the forum, and im sorry to hear your story. You will find a very similar story to many others on here, many of us blame our predicaments from a living hectic lifestyles with enjoyment of adrenaline and being busy etc. Read some stories from regular users, you will at least find some solace in the fact you are not alone.
You will hear lots of methods on how to get better from the helpful to (imo) the insane, and it will be a journey with lots of ups and downs, one thing that works for one person might harm the other, it sure is a roller coaster.
Dr Lams Adrenal Fatigue book is a good place to start, and Dr James Wilsons 'Adrenal Fatigue one, but I would rely on Dr Myhills 'Chronic Fatigue' publication the most, and best yet its free on to download here
Theres lots of reading on this site as well, the more research you can do, the less mistakes you will make. Supplements and herbs can be equally as destructive as pharma meds.
There are other methods, natural healing, 801010, nutritional balancing, so lots of research to do, but ask questions, get opinions, but follow your own path. Things will eventually get better, you just need to find the missing piece of the puzzle thats causing you to feel this way for so long..
