I had similar symptoms since the end of 2007. I have lost a job because of this thing. I was exhausted, brain fogged, etc. etc. My hair was also thinning to baby hair type. My eye brows fell out, the outer part.
DO NOT DO ANYTHING stressful like pumping iron (I have made the same mistake with pumping iron) long walks only.
Now I am recovering. Everything comes back slowly. I did some studies (Thanks to Sherpa) on thyroid and added iron, kelp, selenium, rosemary, chromium, and vanadium to my diet.
This thyroid support really helps with brain clarity, stamina, strength, anhedonia. I thing that thyroid should be supplemented at a certain point of recovery from AF.
