Re: Happy saturday - pieces of advise

i kinda forgot to mention but BEANS AND EGGS ONIONS AND strangely enough all the choline foods ARE SMELLY FOODS!! so they will make you smell, not because u have tmau.

get tested to rule it out, but chances are it will be negative. choline diets are very restrictive so i dont recomend diagnosing yourself. save little money everytime you can until you can get tested, i did it through maria de la torre organization called MEBO they do it through the cleveland clinic. i did the test and got negative for it, however the choline load made me stink of fish for at least 2 days (this is normal guys, a choline overdose makes u smell fishy TMAU OR NOT) i contacted a bioscientist i cant recall his name right now but he does research on odors and TMAU (its not george preti) and he told me that most of the ppl who tested for tmau did stink of fish after the load even though they tested negative for it and that that is normal. im sorry i just want you guys to realize that there are other causes to this such as general bad detoxification system, clogged colon, diet, candida, leaky gut, gluten intolerance, any other food intolerances , etc.

by the way if you can, go to your gastroenterologist and ask for a hydrogen breath test, for SIBO. this way you can rule this one out. also you can test for celiac disease (gluten intolerance) but id rather you cut it out anwyays bc its a very hard thing to digest and your system is already weak as it is.
