I know it is hard to maintain it but it is worth it... COQ10 is definitely good supplement and also note that you should take some activated charcoal and necessary vitamins such as vitamin b complexes, vit D and Vit C. The main supplement you should take is glutamine to help repair the intestine wall lining(villi) Don't forget to take good probiotic in the morning and before going bed in empty stomach.
