I have come to the conclusion that it could be Leaky Gut Syndrome due to my half ass attempt at a parasite cleanse a few years ago. I think the parasites got stronger after I quit and now are wreaking havoc on my intestines. I did take activated charcoal a lot during last week whenever I ate terrible food. I noticed a difference with the odor (it practically disappeared) and so did my classmates. Unfortunately you can not take it forever since it can strip the body of nutrients or deactivate the effectiveness of other medications/supplements.

I was taking B vitamins for a while since I was on a vegan diet but now I have stopped since my urine has been permanently yellow. I was told a while ago that my vitamin D count was low. I was taking a D supplement from my doctor once a month but my health insurance stopped paying for it and I forget to take the over the counter supplement once a month. I am supposed to get some bloodwork done to see if I still have a vitamin D deficiency.

I ordered some glutamine tablets to take with the COQ10 capsules but it seems to be taking forever for delivery or I am just really impatient! I took Glutamine a couple of times in the past but it was in powder form and I was looking for immediate results. I also did not know what the benefits of glutamine at the time.

Probiotics are an iffy subject. I spend a lot of money on them ( the critical care ones from Ultimate Flora 50 billion at first and now just 15 to save money) and for some reason they make me smell worse, sometimes like dog feces if I do take them or if I do not. I stopped taking them regularly because they did not seem to be helping my immediate situation sadly. Tweet
