How to recover from exercise more rapidly (my heart rate remains elevated for days after a 2 hour brisk walk and legs hurt also, but doing this level of exercise improves my symptoms so if I could recover faster it would help greatly)
How to increase Buteyko control pause (when I started researching Buteyko my control pause was around 12-13 seconds during the day and is now 14-15 seconds upon waking and 18-20 seconds during the day).
What are the best supplements or other unobtrusive ways to relieve anxiety?
