The instructions I have for the lemon calls for the juice of 5 or 6 lemons. Does anybody know if the lemon juice is supposed to be mixed in water or do we do an enema with straight lemon juice? (sounds ouchy!)
I did the enema with milk and salt and got out a big blob of mucus. I felt much better the next day.
I did one with 1 tbsp baking soda in 1 quart of water and it felt like a coffee enema on steroids. My gallbladder was releasing like crazy and I could feel my liver pulsing and squeezing. I released lots of little blobs of whitish stuff along with a couple of black hard specks of who knows what. This reaction to the baking soda makes me think I released fungus. Baking soda kills yeast and fungus, so maybe that's what I was releasing out of my bile ducts, liver and gallbladder. I had an incredible feeling of relief - almost euphoric - while holding in the baking soda and water. I was able to hold it for over two hours, whereas I could only hold the milk for 10 minutes.
I plan to do the eucalyptus one next. I ordered the essential oil. We have a lot of eucalyptus trees around here so I plan to gather some leaves, dry them in the dehydrator, then make a tea out of them.
I'd love to hear what experiences others have had with these enemas.
