I bodybuild and was wondering if you think going on a 10 day Water Fast (or longer possibly) will be beneficial to me. Now, I know I am probably going to lose some muscle (am I?) etc but I'm not worried about that.
Will I lose muscle? How much fat can I be expected to lose (just curious)?
I am doing this for my hepatitis c first and foremost. Hopefully it will speed up the process of healing my liver, thoughts?
PS. I AM NOT going to go to a doctor I have no health insurance and doing this on my own accord so PLEASE NO PREACHING about doing this with a doctor.
