I believe it will benefit you. 10 days is a good time-limit
to start with. Good luck!
Every one is different, but usually you loose about 1 lb of weight a day, fat, fluid and some but not lots of muscle, unless you stay too active - then muscle loss could be more in a new-by faster. If you are heavier, and or have fluid build-up, you may loose more weight.
