That's great, Jack! Keep it up! My swollen neck has subsided. I have actually felt great on my week off iodine. Better than when I was on it, haha. I'm going to start again tomorrow though, but just at 1 Iodoral. Had too much loose BMs/diarrhea and anxiety on high doses, so I guess I need to go slow now.

Your improvement is amazing!
