Urine therapy and it's effect on intraocular lenses/artificial heart valves etc

I believe a real benefit from urine therapy is it's ability to act as a solvent, dissolving all manner of things like cataracts, gall and kidney stones, mercury etc. I am concerned that if it dissolves these things, what effect it would have on people with artificial eye lenses or heart valves. I have intraocular lenses in my eyes and my Dad has artificial heart valves. Does anyone know what effect urine looping has on these alien but important items. I would hate to start this only to discover that it dissolves the lens in my eyes....
