Update and questions re: adrenals/anxiety

Hello - here's an update...I've made great progress with the MCS. I've been able to tolerate several herbal Antibiotics for a UTI. The good news is I could tolerate them (I couldn't 3 months ago); the bad news is they didn't eradicate the UTI. (I'm now having to take an antibiotic, which I dread).

I've also added many more healthy foods to my diet and have gaining a little weight back, which is good. I've had many days with no symptoms at all.

However, my biggest issue is anxiety, which is a result of what I went through over the past couple of months and how scared I was. I get a tension in the back of my head (not headache but pressure) and my chest gets tight/difficulty breathing. Through observation, I"m certain this is stress/anxiety...whereas before I think histamine was causing the breathing issue. Now I don't have trouble eating. I'm a type A personality and have had chronic stress, just the everyday things in life like being a step-mom, new city, husband travels a lot. But it's never impacted me like this before.

My new functional med MD says my adrenals are in overdrive and they're constantly wired. He wanted me to take SeroTrex, but I didn't tolerate it so stopped that.

I'm also taking colostrum (which has helped me heal) for the gut infections, a multi-min/vit, fish oil, D-hist and Co-Q10. (All based on the NutraEval test showing deficiencies).

He also wants me to chelate mercury, but I'm not going to start this yet. I want to get my Amalgams removed first.

Question - does it sound like I"m taking too much? and any suggestions on calming the adrenals/anxiety? I'm also adding Vit C to my water.
